Environmental & Sustainability Policy

Commitment

Pluto is committed to conducting our business in an environmentally sustainable manner that protects the environment, minimises our environmental impact and highlights our environmental commitments. We will promote our environmental sustainability values during managed events and throughout our office activities, which include a commitment to prevent pollution, protect the natural environment, reduce carbon and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with current environmental legal, regulatory and other compliance requirements.

Management

To manage our environmental performance and promote our values of environmental sustainability, we have developed an accredited Environmental Management System that focuses on;

• The management of our work activities to minimise our environmental impact, enhance environmental performance and enable continuous improvement.

• The use of our environmental policy as a framework to set environmental objectives.

• Our efforts to foster openness, dialogue and facilitate communication regarding our environmental

  performance and our environmental objectives and plans.

• Measures taken to ensure that our management teams and persons working for and on behalf of Pluto are fully aware of their environmental responsibilities through the provision of communication materials, training and support.

• Our primary environmental goals which include;

-  The procurement of sustainable, ethical and responsibly sourced materials, goods and Services.

-  The selection of event venues where environmental impacts can be managed and where possible, minimised, to have a net positive environmental contribution.

-  The Selection of office energy suppliers who supply from renewable sources.

-  Works in our offices, during managed events and with our business partners to minimise waste, reduce carbon and to promote sustainable work practices.

-  Calculation of our office Scope 1 and Scope 2 Carbon Emissions to facilitate internal benchmarking and to off-set a percentage of our carbon annually.

-  Continued development of our environmental commitments in line with two of the UN Sustainability Goals.

-  Processes in place to monitor, measure and benchmark our environmental performance and initiate continuous improvement.

Pluto shall ensure that this policy is communicated, understood, implemented and maintained by all persons working for and on our behalf.
