Partnership with EY to create memorable summer celebrations for employees across the country.

Pluto worked with EY to execute summer celebrations for their employees nationwide across three different locations to celebrate the year end and to thank colleagues for all their work throughout the year.

The objective was to create a fun & relaxed environment where employees could socialise together and celebrate the hard work they put in throughout the year in outdoor locations in Belfast, Cork & Dublin.

With 3 Events, Nationwide, we organised for fun for all.

Execution

Our first port of call was to create an event identity that would live throughout the event from initial registration & internal comms, onsite elements such as branding & production down to the small but memorable touchpoints of the event. We had to take into consideration that despite running three similar events, the numbers of expected attendees greatly differed at each. As a result, we had to be mindful that each event had to give a similar experience to the guests but scaled appropriately for the numbers onsite.

At each event, guests enjoyed a variety of food options, full bars with bespoke cocktails, a full line-up of entertainment & games and activities throughout with addresses from Senior Stakeholders.
