For the first time ever, every PTSB employee in Ireland gathered under one roof — to witness a new name, a new identity, and a new chapter for one of the country’s most recognised financial brands.

A brief with no precedent. We built the playbook as we went.
We Built Two Events Inside One Day.
Finding a Dublin venue capable of hosting 3,000 people across a full conference and an evening celebration — with tiered seating, a main stage, multiple bars, and live broadcast infrastructure — is no small task. Pluto secured the RDS Simmonscourt, one of the few spaces in the city with the scale and flexibility the brief demanded.
We built the entire environment from scratch. As the afternoon wrapped, the team executed a full venue flip — transitioning the space to reveal the new PTSB identity as guests moved into the evening. Live music, entertainment, and a Rugby World Cup Quarter Final broadcast rounded out a night that felt every bit as significant as it was.
A day that had never happened before in PTSB’s history. It felt like it.
