About The Role

As the Event Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of immersive, experiential events for ambitious brands, working closely with our creatives, producers and clients to bring big ideas to life.

Pluto LIVE! has produced and are committed to delivering world-class corporate events for some of the biggest brands in the world, and we’re seeking someone who can bring their expertise to the team and support our delivery of excellence at every stage of our events.

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of experiential and live events (brand activations, launches, pop-ups, immersive experiences and corporate events)
  • Translating creative ideas into practical, well-run plans
  • Managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Being the calm, confident lead on-site when it matters most
  • Collaborating with creative teams, production, and clients
  • Spotting risks before they become problems
  • Ensure every experience feels on-brand, inclusive, and intentional

This is a rare opportunity to step into the engine room of Pluto LIVE! where we turn the world’s most ambitious brand visions into reality. As an Event Manager, you will be the hands-on architect of high-profile corporate experiences, owning the lifecycle of a project from the first creative spark to the final post-event debrief.

You won’t just be “managing” a process; you will be mastering the art of execution. As part of a cohesive team, you will work directly with a diverse mix of local and global blue-chip clients to deliver work that is as polished as it is impactful. At Pluto LIVE! we don’t just meet objectives; we obsess over the details that define world-class events, and we love what we do!

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the journey from the initial brief through to planning and final delivery, ensuring every event is seamless and on-brand.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent performance.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to transform concepts into impactful live experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards, ensuring every event reflects Pluto Live!’s creative flair and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of managing experiential, brand or live events
  • An instinctive understanding of how to protect and project a brand’s identity for global giants.
  • A strong grasp of production, logistics and budgets
  • A reputation for being the calmest person in the room when the “live” light goes on, with a pre-emptive approach to problem-solving.
  • An expert practitioner who brings enthusiasm, a positive perspective, and a “no-nonsense” brilliance to the studio.
  • A genuine interest in culture, creativity, and people-first experiences

 

Contract Details

  • Permanent, full-time position commencing February 2026.
  • Based in Clonskeagh, Dublin
  • Hybrid/flexible working options available
  • National and international event travel
  • €45,000–€50,000 a year
