The Pluto creative and client service account team worked together on our ‘Deeper Roots’ concept with the Lidl events team, to meet their objectives and to incorporate it into an overall customer experience for all attendees – all under Lidl’s Big Green Barn structure.
‘Deeper Roots’ was implemented throughout the event through the production of treehouses which housed Lidl suppliers. In addition to this we used festoon/festival lighting and implemented designs showcasing the Northern Irish footprint which was represented throughout all of the signage (both digital and print) in the barn.
With so many attendees onsite over a four day period this year, we knew there needed to be something for everyone. From a digital version of ‘Lidl’s Supermarket Sweep’ (inclusive of a full print of the store) to the Lidl branded giveaways, to sampling Lidl’s supplier produce, the entertainment on the grass floored stage with a large LED screen right down to the kid’s area which incorporated miniature versions of Lidl’s store and a full colouring wall along with a baby changing area, there really was an offering for all age groups. There was even a green screen photo booth with take home photos representing backdrops of an actual Lidl store!
