The only way is up. Graduate Careers Fair 2017.

Last week Pluto had a big presence at this year’s Grad Ireland recruitment fair in Simmonscourt, RDS with builds for Salesforce, Aldi, Bank of Ireland and Boston Scientific. We saw a surge in public interest in the event as well as a huge increase in the efforts of businesses to attract suitable candidates to engage with their companies.

One of the biggest objectives Pluto tried to deliver for our clients was to create a space which made it easy for graduates to engage with the brand. All of the stands Pluto designed were accessible from a minimum of 3 sides which enabled our clients to engage with high volumes of people. We also aimed to create unique and engaging stands which the typical graduate age demographic would identify with, through the use of 3-D elements, lighting, audio, textile and innovative screen content.

We strongly feel that this event will continue to grow year on year and the standards have been raised with all companies realising the massive opportunity an event like Grad Ireland presents for both employee & employer. With estimated attendee number for this year at 10,000 people, next year promises to be even bigger and better.
