Account Executive

Pluto is a multi-discipline Creative Agency making brand connections stick for global brands. Office based in Clonskeagh D6, currently working remotely in line with COVID-19 Public Health Guidelines.

 

We’re a motley crew of Creatives, Producers, Storytellers, Digital Experts and Campaign Managers who think wide and dig deep. We are on the hunt for new talent at the agency and are looking to recruit an Account Executive to join our growing team! The successful candidate will have 1-2 years Account Executive experience within this field.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers and Producers in the development and execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital and broadcast.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Project management of advertising campaigns from planning to post campaign reporting

  • Assist Account Managers & Producers with administrative duties

  • Support the team through research and excellent organisational skills

  • Maintain and develop client relationships and understand clients’ industry

  • Maintain strong and healthy relationships with all third-party suppliers and agency partners

  • Bring your ideas to the table – in brainstorms and strategic planning meetings

  • Preparation and presentation of competitive pitch ideas and documents to existing and potential new clients

  • Booking and Managing Content Creators for campaigns

  • Budget management

 

 

Key Skills & Requirements

 

  • A customer-first approach with a passion for storytelling, creative advertising, and digital marketing content

  • Interest in creative social media, influencer marketing and current trends

  • Creative and inventive problem solver who proactively finds a way around obstacles and asks for help when it’s needed

  • Team player capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity

  • Can-do, positive, inspiring attitude and appetite for trying new things

  • Digitally savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft excel

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Minimum 3rd level degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Full Drivers Licence – preferable
